Patten Pond Campground was great!! Our site #305 was level, nicely treed and just a short walk down to the sandy beach. Loved the loon calls in the morning. Bath house/showers were convenient and clean. I had read some negative reviews and they were completely unfounded. They actually have quite a few returning customers. Very friendly place. we would definitely stay at Patten Pond again!!

Our first time here over Memorial Day weekend. I called earlier in the day before we arrived and spoke with a very pleasant woman. The office staff was very friendly and organized. The site was fine . Not sure about the people complaining in their reviews- we have a large pickup and trailer and had no issues getting in or out. The waterfront is peaceful and beautiful. My 3 year old grandson had a great time! We plan on coming back as we live fairly close.

There is a campground a little bit closer to home that we had tried the last 2 years. Not friendly and very controlling- this was a breath of fresh air!

Deep in the woods Patton Pond campground is a rustic place to try and park a big motorhome! Host had to guide us in around low hanging trees (we have 12'10" height, so it was a bit scary). We loved camping there because of rustic feel and a river running close to our site.

We recently stayed at Patten Pond and enjoyed our time there. Sites were good, accessible and overall the park was quiet. Nice amenities, especially the pond. The only real negatives are the long, dry and extremely dusty gravel entry road and multiple speed bumps. By the time we reached registration our rv and toad were absolutely covered in dust. That 1/2 mile entry needs to be paved or at least oiled to minimize the accumulation of dust and dirt.
