This is a neat campground. We went for Columbus Day Weekend so it was the end of the season. They still had things to do for the kids, but sounds like there is more during peak season. It had everything you could want; lake, pool, rental bikes and boats, game room, well stocked store, nice bathrooms, and etc. OUr campsite was right on the open park/quad and still was quiet and very nice. Highly recommended!
We loved this campground! It was my idea of a perfect family getaway. Well maintained, quiet, great activities for kids, close to many tourist spots, gorgeous grounds, great service, can’t say enough great things. When we come back to Maine we will definitely come back!
Very nice and charming campground! Very clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful. Dog friendly campground with a little dog park onsite. The cleanest restrooms I’ve ever experienced at a campground! Location is great, 10 minute drive to grocery or convenience stores. I look forward to returning!
We have stayed at Beaver Dam 5 times over the last 6-7 years for the Memorial Day weekend . We liked the set up of the campground, the bathrooms and showers were clean, and that we could reserve a site away from much foot traffic so our nervous dog didn’t bark too much. We liked the dog park though there were never any other dogs when we went there.
I just went on the site to reserve for this year. The w/e site that cost us $291 in 2023 will cost us $355.20 in 2024.
I doubt we will be back this year
We love this campground. Stayed as a seasonal for the entire summer in ‘23. Loved all of the people, the staff and other campers. Our son had a blast. They are very family oriented and the kids have lots to do. We hope to go back soon.
