We only rode through but WOW! This place is amazing. Laid out really well with 497 sites. The best was two sewers on each site, spaced out!! Each site has a fire pit and nice Adirondack chairs along with a picnic table. Three pools spaced out nicely. They were still working on the clubhouse, playground and pool area in the back area but what we could see looked first class. Several dog parks with double gate entrances. They have planted many trees which will grow to give lots of sun in the future. They did not skimp on the logistics. It is about a 10 minute drive to the beach without traffic. This is a must stay for us.

Over all the park was very clean, has several nice dog parks, enjoyed playing Pickleball, location is outstanding and ONLY ONE employee was GREAT...Erin! We booked last year for January '24 after being told about all the expansion that was to be done by Fall '23. Some was done, but the big draw of the Clubhouse was not. Worst part was our treatment when we walked around the outside of the building. Rude employees treated us like we were intruders, no signs posted the area was under construction, which it wasn't. On one occasion the owner's wife approached my husband and treated him so badly we just about left early. The one and only hot tub was HOT just once the entire month. The owner on several occasions told us the temperature was correct, but we knew better that 82 is not a winter time hot tub temperature. Not to mention the beautiful gas fire pit next to the hot tub was "out of order" our entire stay as well. We've now learned next year's rates have increased to $2,500 plus electric and taxes for one month. This was the most we have ever paid for a park and we were hoping for so much more. Any activities were planned by other RVers, was surprised that a park of this level didn't have planned activities. Was very disappointed.

Beautiful RV park. Lots of amenities. Great location. Super friendly staff. The trail that leads to the State Park trail system is amazing. Would have given 5 stars but the cable system was terrible. I couldn’t even watch the Rose Bowl. If they would get that up to snuff, I would give 5 stars!! We plan to come back several times a year.
