From I-10 take exit 49 to South Baldwin Beach Express go 13 miles to left on Foley Beach Express, 5 miles to right on Hwy US 98. Park is 1/2 mile on right.
They are thieves!!! They wont refund my stay that is 3 weeks out! I was scheduled to see a concert at the wharf and was going to stay here. The concert got canceled. It is not my fault that I can't go. They will not even consider refunding any money.
Edit: you did offer multiple times to stay another date. But you did not mentioning the fact that I repeatedly told you that I don't ever come to orange beach alabama. That this was a o e time deal for a concert. I simply asked for you to look at this situation as a case case by case scenario. This was out of my control. I just paid for your site 24hrs prio to the concert cancelation.
INVOICE CAUTION! I made a reservation in December for a month beginning at the end of May and was fully aware the $200 deposit was non-refundable. The invoice I received was for the total amount, not $200, so I paid it. I was not aware that I was able to change the amount to reflect the $200 deposit. Honestly, it didn’t occur to me that I could change an invoice.
They did offer a date change to use in the future but I knew I wasn’t going to return to that area due to work, AND they refunded the amount minus the $200 which I greatly appreciated!
Stayed there about a year and a half and was very pleased.Would recommend this park to anyone.
Safe clean and Miss Kim is awesome
I visited a friend here, we met at the clubhouse at Bluegrass. Upon observing the park and talking with my friend I saw and heard from her what a great place this is to live. The park is very well kept and according to my friend the people that run it do great at keeping everyone safe. If I ever have to move from the lot we live on I will definitely see if Bluegrass has an available lot. Keep up the great work Bluegrass 🙂
I highly recommend Bluegrass RV to anyone in the Foley area. The location is close to the cute little town of Foley, an easy drive from I-10, and is close to Gulf Shore Beaches without the congestion of all the tourist traffic. The best part about the park is how quiet and clean it is. Every site was tidy and respectful of other sites. The owner Kim has always been pleasant in communication and always available if needed. My husband and I will most definitely be returning to Bluegrass if we are in the area again. Thank you Kim.
