Best Campground in Area!! The Manager Mrs.Hazel is Super Awesome and very generous and Kind! She would win Park Manager of the year if their was such a event!!! She keeps this place beautiful,Well maintained,bathrooms and laundry rooms are ALWAYS spotless!! And will bend over backwards to make your experience here the best it can be!
Quiet, family oriented campground located well away from city hassles. 6 miles to Rogersville and 20 miles to Athens. Excellent fishing nearby including access to the Elk River, and direct access (boat launch) to the Tennessee River. The amenities (laundry facility, swimming pool, etc.) have always been good, but are getting even better under new ownership. Additionally, the campground is conveniently close to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant (for us contract personnel)- it is exactly 12 miles driving distance.
We just went and visited some family there but we had a great time...Its right on the water so u can enjoy that view and the people there are friendly and nice.
This is a very nice place to stay. Clean and Ms Hazel works very hard taking care of everything.
This place is absolutely amazing! In the very short time we have lived here, we have made life-long friends! I can't thank God enough for bringing us here!
