Not the worst park but we got invaded by ants while we were there. Office not open on weekends.
We were parked directly accross from the lake for just one night. I didn't see any loose dogs but there was pleanty of junk. Many long term residants have piled up, rusted out junk piled up outside. The lake view was so beautiful but if I opened the blinds, l also had to look at all that trash. Owner/staff are friendly, the price is dirt cheap, l never felt unsafe. We needed a cheap place to dump, refill, and rest, it filled a need and we're greatful. If it were cleaned up, it would have cost too much. One mans trash is anothers treasure. If I were in that situation again, I would certainly stay again.
We needed a place to live fast. Todd was nice enough to let me and my elderly mom move in immediately at Christmas of 22. God bless them bc it was super cold and gave us a cabin to stay in within 1 day. We were homeless and God touched Todd's heart to let us have a place temporarily.
Was lied to and told we had a pull through spot there is no way you could pull through this spot there is a hill and a ditch that you have to go in and out of to get to the dirt road. The lots are grass the roads are dirt. No WiFi
Overcharge for utilities and rent, potholes that will take out your tires, floods when raining and sewage smell is terrible. Also trash everywhere like others have said. Old ownership was good, not too sure about the new one.
