We have been at Emmaus RV park since Jan1,2020,we wintered here in 2018/2019 and enjoyed it so we came back .

We were scheduled to leave in April but we then decided that due to Covid 19 we were safer staying in place we have everything we need and the sites are nice large well maintained clean concrete pad sites.

The sites being large gave all of us the feel of distancing but not being alone which was good. Many nice guest some we new from last winter some we met for the first time. This is the great thing about RVing you meet and make so many lasting friends. The park is managed and ran by Deb first and foremost you know she has a handle on what goes on ,we had several get togethers in the club house before Covid 19 hit .The park always provided the main dish which was always great we enjoyed the company of the other guest. The trees are always trimmed and the grass mowed an sites neat and clean. Also has a nice clean bath house. We have several very nice long term guest and it's kinda of like having a big family you can choose to talk or just wave your choice .if I had a complaint it would be Against Verizon which I have complained loud and long to and does no good Verizon phone service is bad to awful here at this location.I do however have to add that we really enjoy the night sky we are far enough away from all the bright lights of town to see the stars an occasionally beautiful lighting storm but close enough to the local Walmart an our favorite Mexican restaurant

El Rodeo in Robertdale to go in for a fantastic meal an groceries all in one trip.

This being said will return again in December!

Nice park, close to the highway. Nice owners, gave us a great rate.. Lots of nice overnight spots, however we were place next to a long term camper with a ton of trash outside of his house, literally a pile of it with cans in his yard.

Yuck.

We love staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Debbie, the manager and the host and hostess, Nancy and Howard, are great. Looking forward to returning next winter. It is clean, pet friendly, and shady. A nice country setting with full hookups, concrete pads and road. Wonderful gazebo with a large grill, fire pit and seating for campers to use, plus shower house and club house.

The best RV park we've ever been to. Rules are relaxed but the necessary ones are in place. It looks beautiful. Price is ok. Grass is kept up with. Everyone in the office is cool. Concrete for our camper is great. Internet connection for phones etc is bad though. We don't get service with T-Mobile or Verizon.
