Over priced electric washer an dryer prices constantly increase poorly maintained trees over the lots with limbs falling on the campers
Stayed a few days here. Good to talk with Greg the owner, he cares about the park and keeps it all working well. Donkeys and goats across the fence, lots of shade trees. SOLID wifi. No complaints.
I absolutely loved it at first!
But... Now there are new owners! (Bay RV Park) If you have any bully/ pit breed. Forget it!
I was given a week to either get rid of my dogs, which is definitely not happening! or to find a different RV park.
Not to mention there is nothing around here to begin with, there is a tavern across the street called the lucky horse that is never open! so if you're looking for a place where it takes you half an hour to get to a grocery store. This would be it!
Easy in/out registration- never met owners, did everything by phone/text. Grounds cut, level and kept, laundry and bathhouse very clean! Common area picnic tables/BBQ. Pull thru sites make it easy to set up. Good WiFi and water pressure.
Cons- no picnic tables or burn pits at sites, cement patios would be a plus. Some trees need trimming.
Overall great place- would definitely stay here again!!
Very nice place to stay if you are checking out the town of fairhope. They do have people who are living there but very friendly and you don’t even know they are there. They are fixing to renovate and add more spaces for travelers. The manager was very nice and accommodating and shared things to do in fairhope. I would definitely stay again when I visit in the future
