Exit 13 from I-10, go south, turn right at the 3rd signal light onto Hwy 90. Go to 3rd signal light on Hwy 90, at light turn left onto Bellingrath Rd (CR 59). Payne's RV Park is 1 1/2 miles down Bellingrath Rd, entrance sign is bright blue. Payne's RV is the second park on Bellingrath Rd. If the park is not owned by "the Paynes" you are in the wrong park.
My husband and I stayed a week and the campground was kept up very nice. The owners were always there to help in any way. Great prices also. We recommend it for a great place to stay.
We have been here about 4 months now and have really enjoyed it. Everyone is so friendly, lots of people outside in the evenings walking and talking. The pool is so relaxing and nice (water could be cooler, but to be expected in Alabama summer heat) staff is so friendly and always willing to help! Bathrooms, gym, and laundry rooms are all kept very clean! We can’t complain about our stay and would recommend to anyone just passing through, or for an extended stay!
We’ve been here for work over a year now and love it. We have some young children and it’s a great park that’s quiet and clean. There are some other kids for them to play with. we have two laundry rooms that are both clean. One has a digital option for card, swipe or an app, which is also very convenient. They have a gym that we use every day. The pool and Pond are also nice additions that are fun for us and the kids.
The best part of the park is definitely the staff. They do everything they can to keep making the park better and make it feel more like a neighborhood and family.
Nice spot to take a break! We did not rent cabins so I cannot rate those. RV sites were not concrete but they were level. Nice little pond with ducks as well as some wide open space to walk the dogs. Pool looked nice but it was a bit too cold in No member to swim! Would stay again.
The managers of Winners Circle are AMAZING!! They go out of their way to make sure their guests are taken care of. You can tell, without a doubt, they care about the guests staying here. The A-team (management) makes you feel welcome and at home!! It’s no wonder they were booked full for a while. I’m so glad we decided to stay here! If ever in Mobile and looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Winners Circle!!! Thank you for all you do A-TEAM!
