This is one of the worst experiences of my life!!! They have no communication between rentals and sales!! I, myself do not live but my boyfriend does. He picked a lot and put his money down to hold the lot pending lot completion. The driveway cracked and it was his responsibility to have it repaired, even though he had not yet completed the purchase! Waiting on his lot completion he rented a lot (indefinitely), but was forced to move because the lot was rented right out from under him. So, yes he had to move! Then he was expected to pay $480 a week while he waited on his lot to be completed! What the hell is wrong with these non-communicating lying people?! My stay was permanent not vacation or business!

This resort in my opinion is top notch. Lori in the office was Great! Beautiful site very well maintained. The few negative I read were from people who pride themselves with keyboard courage. We were there for 4 nights and where 100% satisfied. The best RV RV resort I have ever seen.

The resort RV pads are 70ft long and only 17ft wide, so if you don't park your RV in the middle of your lot the lawn crew will blow grass all over your RV. If the lawn crew doesn't get your RV covered with grass from the lawnmower they will succeed when they edge trim around the concrete pad or blow your pad off and aim the blowers directly at your RV and vehicles. The sprinkler system will wash your RV for free every week because the sprinkler heads are few and far between and have to shoot a long way to cover the grass. We had water spots on the RV paint and vehicles. Their is an event center south of the park at the golf course and you get to hear loud music on the weekends that will drown out your TV in your RV. The resort is located outside the city limits of Elberta so the neighbors on the surrounding properties can and do shoot their firearms occasionally so don't be surprised when you hear gun fire close bye. The club house is nice and clean and the bottled free water is a nice touch. Some of the renters mentioned that they will not return because this property is more of a private community with lots for rent than a resort and they felt they did not belong or were appreciated because they were just renters. Oh, did I mention the cable and the internet is spotty and drops out. 🤔

We stayed here for a month! LOVED IT! Lots have everything and are huge! The staff was nice, loved our neighbors! And this place is packed with amenities! We are even contemplating buying a lot here! The only thing I wish, was that the dog play area was larger...they have plenty of room for it!
