Judy is the only good thing about this park. She has been fantastic, the other staff are the reason we will never return to this park. Rules are only enforced for some people while others get to do whatever they want, instead of coming to talk to us about issues like adults, they took pictures of our stuff (yes I’m serious, that’s how unprofessional they are) and gossiped behind our back. Azalea acres is much better, they are only 2 minutes from hilltop so I wouldn’t waste your time here, just go to azalea. We kept to ourselves and never caused any problems but we weren’t one of the select few that they favor so we were made to feel extremely unwelcome. On top of that, washers are dryers are always out of order and there’s a HORRIBLE ant problem, I wouldn’t even let my son go outside because the property is littered with fire ants. There’s also a terrible stray cat problem, they walked all over our cars and peed all over everything
Made a reservation at hilltop RV park paid 150.00 deposit and then I got really sick and had to cancel my reservation called hilltop and told her I have to cancel my reservation because I got really sick so she gave me my deposit back she was very nice to me it's good to have people like her
I have lived here for the last year and will be staying quite a bit longer. It's a lovely campground and is extremely well maintained. The bathhouse is being remodeled and the new showers look awesome. The management and staff are very friendly. On-site propane fills are really handy. It's convenient to Mobile, Pensacola and the gulf beaches. Plus Buc-ees is just right down the road.
50 - 100 campsites & 1 semi working toilet, no toilet paper or paper toweling. 1 shower. Grass/dirt pads. Continual rain it's wet & muddy. This was a stop over but would not recommend.
