We stayed here 3 nights - they give a discount for stays 3 nights or more. Very convenient to Dinosaur National Monument. Sites were gravel, level, easy to get into. Sites had picnic tables and firepits. Hosts were friendly and helpful. They had a lovely tent camping area - grassy with a common firepit area. Nice grounds. Good stop on our way to Evanston, WY (and the National Parks) via Heber City (more gentle mountain pass). Drove here from Grand Junction up 139. A few sharp curves and rough road near the summit, but doable. (Towing a 36' Fifth Wheel).

The lady that checked us in was very nice. The first thing that struck me as odd was they charged you to shower in their facilities. There seems to be A lot of permanent campers here. The kids were running all through and around our RV sight. We were only here 2 nights but our last day there A truck was running all day long. We were not able to sit outside because the exhaust from the truck was terrible. There was also terrible odor coming from a farm!!!

Outlaw trail rv park is the BEST! Bathrooms and laundry room are always immaculate! The owners are extremely caring and they have the best camp host! They are always there to help any way they can and to answers all questions. This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the Dinosaur national monument or the surrounding areas! My kiddos and I spent a lot of time at the playground and the spacious, grassy field. We were sad to leave! Highly recommend to anyone passing through or an extended stay!

This RV Park rocks. We were traveling thru and called the campground, they had an opening so we stopped in. the manager/owner is amazing. what a great, down home kind of guy! He greeted us with a huge kind smile. He set us up with a spot and let us drop our trailer early so we could go to the dinosaur monument and not have to drag our trailer along. The spot was great, the bathrooms are without a doubt the cleanest restroom i have ever used, hands down. Also very cutely decorated and freshly painted. Super clean showers too. We loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer! highly recommend.

Lovely woman who checked us in. Ladies’ bathroom was immaculate, as if someone goes in there and wipes it down after every use! The little airplane by the office was a big favorite for our kids. They asked when we were coming back because they had so much fun on that, and at the cute playground. You can tell the owners and staff put a lot of time into making this space very clean and pleasant to walk through. The rock garden and all the decorations make you feel very ‘at home.’ Thank you for a very nice stay.
