About Campground

Campground. High elevation. Be prepared for cold weather. This is a parking area where camping is permitted. Johnson Reservoir is within walking distance.

Camping is limited to 60 consecutive days. ATVs are not allowed in the campgrounds. ATV riding is not allowed in the Fish Lake basin.

Directions

Paiute Campground is approximately 49 miles east of Richfield, Utah. Head east on UT-118 N/E 300 N toward N 100 E 0.8 miles. Continue straight onto UT-119 E 8.8 miles. Turn right onto UT-24 E 23.1 miles. Turn left onto UT-25 N 10.0 miles.Continue onto FR640 6.0 miles, then turnleft (North) into the campground entrance.

Fees

Single sites: $10 America the Beautiful Pass: A 50% discount will be given on use fees for single sites only. Single use site fee is $14.00 per night. First-come, first-served.

The views are great and you are right next to Johnson resivor my only complaint is the camping areas are very close together.

Do you like camping 10' from your neighbor? Do you like campgrounds devoid of any trees? Then this is the place for you. Why anyone would willingly camp here is beyond me.
