Located off I-84 exit 285 North Powder, head East onto US-30/OR-237. Turn right onto Telocaset Lane, turn left at tracks to stay on Telocaset Lane. Turn slight right onto Thief Valley Road.
Good place to hang out...fishing and camp out....but to little windy..you can tell those monter WING MILL'S spingin arround....PD: if got turn off , no wind and better fishing ???
Worked our well for an overnight stay. I just had not realized it was so far from the freeway. There are no trees for shade. Actually one site had trees/shade. There are 2 pit toilets, and about a dozen camp sites with tables and fire pits. A few of the sites have a charcoal grill. There is a boat ramp for fishing boats and quite a lot of parking for vehicles with boat trailers.
