This is an RV Park. Very well maintained and clean laundry and bathrooms. There are many seasonal units which are well maintained. Owners were good to work with. Got an excellent satellite friendly site!
The managers are rude and disrespectful .. they're very judgemental and seem to go to great pains to stereotype people. Not impressed in the least bit. Boooo Rendezvous!!
I have lived at this park for about 4 years now. It is a very friendly community, they keep it clean and maintained, and reinvest in the park which is a plus. Also, they are conveniently located near the highway and some big stores. The manager is god sent and the pricing is hard to beat. They really go above and beyond for their tenants! (Highly recommend for both part time and even full-timers)
