This park was bought by new owners Rick and Kathy in April 2017. It is brought back up to the excellent park it was when Patty and Doug owned it. The rates have changed to $49.00 a night and they still accept AAA and Good Sam Discounts. Please come visit and enjoy the friendly people and the beautiful mountain ranges. We are 4 miles from Madras.

Laura the new manager.

What a wonderful place! We camped here for 4 nights during the solar eclipse and our site was in the shade almost all day. There are many more permanent guests at this park and our next door neighbors were a friendly elderly couple. The bathrooms were large and mostly clean for a weekend with heavy traffic. The wifi was strong and good. It far exceeded our expectations and we would gladly go back again.

We've lived here going on 5 months. The community is unlike anything you'll ever experience. Whether your down on your luck or working you'll be welcomed. There's showers and restrooms available for use that were clean everytime we've used them. The grounds are well kept and most spots have a grass area. The best part is the park is kid friendly. I would've never expected the hospitality we've received. This is home, and it's weird to say that being in an RV. The Host (if thats what you'd call her) is always great at communicating . If you need a place to call home for long term or short term this would be the perfect place.

Just bought a house near here and I was a bit concerned about being so close. My past experience with year-round rv parks has been less than positive. We've been here a few weeks now and have no complaints. It's quiet and clean. So far, they have been great neighbors.
