Really beautiful campground, well maintain restrooms and reasonable prices. The lake and trees are gorgeous. Bring bug spray though!
Nice campground, most of the tent spots are a ways from the road but also kind of close together. not an issue while I was there as I had the place to myself. Bathrooms are clean and place is well managed. Ponderosa pines cover the camp area which is within walking distance to the lake.
Very small sites which to me seemed to close together. Especially at RV Park prices. Just water and electric is $35.00 a night. Higher than many parks equipped with showers and a laundry room. I went 7 miles further up to South Shores campground. Set up my generators and paid $12.00 a night for a vault toilet. Also this campground was empty. I just don't understand.
This campground was really nice, lots of room between camp spots which means a little elbow room between campers and that's great. Camp hosts were really friendly and answered questions about the area. Definitely be going back.
