Salt Creek Sno-park is located adjacent to Salt Creek Falls Observation Site (closed in winter) at milepost 57 on Oregon Highway 58, 6 miles west of Willamette Pass and 21 miles east of Oakridge, OR.
Excellent 3 mile snowshoe hike on black-diamond XC trail. Well marked. Easy with a few challenging spots. Nice vistas on lower half and big waterfall halfway. See Willamette NF website for winter trail description.
Absolutely gorgeous views! Short hike to see the best view of waterfalls. Great place to play in the snow as well. Makes a fun little family day!
Great place to take the kids to sled! Bathroom available and overflow parking available.
