From Jct of US-228 & Hwy 20 (Sweet Home), 6.3 mi on Hwy 20 to MP 36.4 (L).
Was great!! Seen a black baby bear..was trying to crossed the river onto are side but he thought 🤔 for a minute and kept walking on the other side of the water. Thank goodness 🙏 they stayed on the other side. Nice camping spot. They also have nice bathroom showers.
This has become a favorite campground! Every site is large with a nice level pad/picnic area at each campsite. Some beautiful walking trails and water near by. Camped here twice in April and it's wet, a bit cold but oh so beautiful and quite. Dog friendly with plenty of places to walk the pups, including a large grass off leash area.
