This campground has been a second home to my family for decades. It’s the campground that I compare others to.
The owners are very friendly and really make you feel like family. There are always fun activities to do throughout the week. We love bingo and putt putt. There is a pool as well as a horseshoe area. An added bonus… it seems silly, but I’ve always loved the “road names” of the little lanes. Red Bud is one I’ve remembered riding my bike down many times as a little kid.
It’s a family friendly place with plenty of shade and ponds. The staff keep things orderly and clean. The bathrooms are well ventilated and clean.
It’s a great place to park your RV for the summer or spend the weekend with your family or friends. We love Old Mill Run. ❤️
Well-maintained and clean, private campground. Whether you are looking for private pond to fish, putt-putt golf, in-ground pool, bingo games, hayride, or just a serene atmosphere... Thank you Old Mill Run!
First time at the pool and the absolute most terrifying experience. 5 grown women had the audacity to yell at children that have parents present. I didn’t know grown women would bully little kids and laugh about it and bring a mob down to intimidate our family. We literally were run out by an angry mob of men and women. Even the owner did not conduct herself in a professional manner. We actually left in fear! Far from claims of “family friendly”.
The campground has a lot activities for kids/families. Swimming pool, extensive miniature golf course, canteen serving a variety of food. The permanent residents were friendly. The downside was we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi to hook up and our Verizon cell service only had one bar, and our site was not level
