Clean. Well maintained. Easy access. Wish cell phone reception was better but other than that it’s great
Beautiful! I don't think there'd a bad spot to camp. Super clean, great views, relaxing
This park isn't fancy, but it is fantastic for getting away from the city on the cheap. The sky is dark enough for milky way shots right from your campaigning lot. And it's less than half an hour drive from the best dark skies in the South East. There is plenty of nature and wildlife to photograph. And plenty of typical lake activities as well (boating, skiing, swimming, fishing). And they have better than expected local area shopping and medical. It really is fantastic!
