From the West From Interstate 35 in Ardmore, OK, turn East on US Hwy. 70, Continue through Madill and Kingston and across the Roosevelt Memorial Bridge over Lake Texoma. Past Kingston 11 miles turn left (North) at Newberry Creek Road. Follow this road for 1.2 miles to the marina. From the East From US Hwy. 69/75 in Durant, Oklahoma, exit to US Hwy. 70 and travel west on US Hwy. 70, past Mead to Newberry Creek Road. Newberry Creek Road is 2.8 miles from the railroad bridge in Mead. Turn right (North) on Newberry Creek Road and follow it for 1.2 miles to the marina.
This is the friendliest marina on the lake. Jerry runs the place and won't hesitate to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Mark runs the shop. It's a certified Volvo and Nissan Marine repair facility, as well as a few others, but they can and have worked on almost everything. They're quick, even in the middle of the season, and they're very reasonable. Whether you just need your boat or ski tuned up or winterized, or it needs a compete overhaul, you won't find better prices or better work anywhere on the lake.
I rented a slip on 06/11/2016 and found them incredible! I think the hateful comment was maybe due to their rules. But when you step on their docks and see how nice they are, you will understand them being a little strict. This place is perfect for my family. My boat has probably found its permanent home.
Main visit was inquiring about boat work, this place was recommended, very nice people..was impressed with the atmosphere of the whole look of the marina.
It's a very very quiet place... easy to unload and load your boat.. has outhouses outside.. staff is friendly... bren coming here for the last 20 years
Nice boat ramp. We went when a good part of the lake was down (91%) and had no issues getting in and out
