It is a beautiful place and we had positive experiences with the staff. When we were setting up camp, we realized that the electricity outlet was not working and they sent someone to check it quickly. We had a bit of bad luck with the location of our site because we wanted basic electricity and water available but planned to camp in a tent. Unfortunately, the only site left was not very accommodating for a tent and we ended up having to set up too close to the road. Obviously the campground was very busy and there were people driving by at all hours of the night on golf carts yelling at each other which made it very difficult to sleep, so we decided to leave a day early. In the future we would like to stay again but in a different spot.

During a drive through of the resort the man who is the apparent campsite monitor was very rude and lied to us twice. He told us all the RV hookup sites were reserved and that it was $50/night. I called the number for reservations and the young lady who answered said they had several sites open while the Little Glasses website said full hookup sites are $33/night. Think twice before giving your business to an outfit that openly lies to you.

Little Glasses Resort and Marina is a great destination.

They have great lakeside parking sites. 50/30 Amp hookups.

Great park service for anything we needed, even a guy who fixed our 5th wheel.

They also have a little store that is well stocked!

One of the best features for us was, They can park your rig on a spot you pick, then put it back in storage when your done for your weekend.

Highly recommend them.

Good job!!

Beautiful part of the lake. Fairly quiet & a beautiful community center. Unfortunately, the service of those who run the place make it virtually unbearable to enjoy your stay. I have been to Little Glasses for three consecutive years, 2020, 2021 & 2022. The service at the store has been less than average at every encounter. I believe it is ran by an older lady who basically is annoyed by ever customer & makes that evident with her huffing & puffing at any question. It is typically ran by young kids & the older folks are involved where needed. However, leaving a business to young children (teenagers) has left many inconsistencies in their service, none of which THEY are willing to take ownership of. For three years I have tried to overlook their terrible service, but this past week was it for me. I have camped here many times & even rented their community center for my wedding reception. The microwave didn't work (key to serving at a reception), the center had not even been touched in terms of cleanliness, & our guests that stayed in the "cabins" aka trailer houses at the property, were not thrilled. A total of 10 trailer houses were rented for that event & not one person was happy with their stay. not one!! Most overlooked it & left (with no intention of coming back). One had blood on their mattress & the smell of fish was almost unbearable. When she went to the store to discuss it they argued with her & ended up refunding her $14 of her two nights stay. Absolutely ridiculous! The weekend of the 22nd we had rented C22 campsite, but when pulling in noticed there was a family reunion of some sort going on & we asked (via phone) to move our campsite to A10. When the young lady answered the phone, I explained I was here at the campsite but there were a lot of people & I'd like to switch, she said that was fine I could switch to A10. Initially, she didn't even ask my name. So, I said, would you like my name to make the switch, she said Oh, yeah. Took my name & told me A10 had been put on our reservation. Nothing was said about coming in, or anything else. I assumed this was my "check in". On Saturday, we decided to leave our camper for the week & come back next weekend. I call the office, explain we'd like to stay the week. They tell me it's open & the cost. I tell them to book us, and again, nothing was said about coming in. We leave Sunday & the camper stays behind in A10. On Thursday I receive notification that they have billed my card from TWO YEARS ago for the entire stay. When I call, the young lady answers & I explain. She hands the phone to the old lady (who is notoriously known in the area for being more than difficult to get along with), she huffs & puffs & tells me I didn't check in & so they bill whatever is on file because of it. I explain the situation & she says it's posted on the door. When I explain I called from C22 & A10 & obviously wasn't at the front door, her staff should have mentioned I needed to come in, she just explained that they don't do refunds & she'd have to talk to her book keeper. Her service is pathetic, they have ZERO customer service skills & she takes ZERO ownership for any fault of a single thing at the less than par facilities in the first place. TRY OUT CAT FISH BAY, BRIDGE VIEW, OR ALBERTA CREEK. I promise your stay will be more pleasant, in most cases it will be less expensive, & at all of the the other places mentioned the service is by far superior to Little Glasses. We will NOT be back! If I wanted to deal with cranky people, I wouldn't be looking for a getaway to the lake in the first place. If the staff/ownership at Little Glasses is that annoyed with customers, why even do it in the first place?! PATHETIC PLACE TO STAY & they should consider spraying for ants! Not that they'd consider anything beyond the bare minimum! Save your money & go anywhere else!
