I recently went tent camping at Northstar Campground and had a great experience! The campground is located in a beautiful wooded area with plenty of shade and privacy. The campsites were well-maintained and spacious, with plenty of room for our tent and gear.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They provided us with a map of the campground.The facilities were clean and well-stocked with toilet paper and hand soap. The shower is 50 cent per 6 minutes.
Overall, I highly recommend Northstar Campground for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing camping experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty to do. I can't wait to go back!
We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again. This campground is more on the rustic side but maintained well. We went with a large group and everyone was happy with their stay. If I had one complaint, which isn’t really a complaint, would be to have garden hose or hook up for one at the dump stations. Owners were very friendly and we enjoyed talking with them.
We loved our stay at Northstar Campground, and will definitely be back! The staff could not be nicer. The campground was clean and quiet, and everyone was very respectful. Our spot was shaded, easily, accessible, and near the river. The riverfront site is truly gorgeous!
My family camps here every summer and we love it. The owners are really nice people and very helpful. They do a lot of activities for the kids and adults too. And they put on one hell of a fireworks display on the 4th of July.
Great campground for parking your vehicle and setting up for the night, for self-contained campers. My wife and I were wheeling in November which is typically a very late/closed season for summer campgrounds, but the owner, Chad and his wife were super helpful and kind to offered us a spot to camp&park for the night, even they were already closed up for the season. Thank you again.
Ps. A little brook runs adjacent to the property line which was an added bonus.
