Absolutely one of, if not the best campground in the state! Owners are amazing and make sure your experience is above expectations! Sites are great size (even for our gigantic 42’ 5th wheel). Garden areas are well maintained. People are here enjoying the gorgeous scenery, kayaking, ATV trails, clean pools, CT river banks, fishing and even relaxing. Happy to say it’s not a “party fest”. Quiet hours are observed and people are generally friendly, quiet and respectful. ONE thing that is missing! A fenced dog park for off leash play!!!!!! Pups need to get some energy out and there are some areas that would make great park spots!!!

We love this campground. Small, family owned, work campers keep it clean and full of color, they really do an amazing job. Prices are exceptional, and close to everything the White Mountains have to offer.. maybe 5 miles from the start of the Kangamangus, and access to miles of ATV trails right from the campgeound.

April 2023 Dissappointed to learn they sold out to a Franchise Mobile Home management company (Phillips). We will see, but I'm pretty sure they won't make it better. They will never be able to match the New England family feel this campground has. This was hands down our favorite campground.

Amazing people & location. We want to go back as soon as we can. Kids loved the pools. Nice access to the river, and a very nice family friendly campground. Good mix of longterm/seasonal sites and week/weekenders. They also offer cabins (looked nice from the outside)

Went up for the last week of the season, stayed in the large cabin. Cabin was very nice, tv was small and not good, internet was terrible and they closed the pool and hot tub for the season before the weekend started. Used to go years ago with our camper and thought by now the internet would have been fixed with the lack of cell service in the valley. Other than that and some old season campers yelling at us for going 10 mph in a 10 mph zone, we had a decent time. Could be a 4-5 star rating but going to leave it at a 3 until they fix the wifi and not close the facilities early. Didn’t get offered a discount for that either.
