While the price was cheap the condition of the property is deplorable. Structural damage at the entrance which was secured only by tape making a very dangerous condition in case kids or anyone goes near it. Apparently a car had hit a structural column and it was poorly secured with a piece of wood. The room had bed bugs, the reception desk was not friendly, no maid service between nights and the even charge for ice. I would never go back nor recommend this hotel

Think Rosebud Motel but without the Rose's (Schitt's Creek)

The room was clean, interior was definitely surprisingly clean given the exterior. The floors were new tile and the bathroom had some new fixtures. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they're slowly renovating. Bed only had a thin sheet, no blanket. AC unit was a window unit mounted in the wall around a weird cutout - took over an hour to cool the room to a comfortable level.

Furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. Stains on the bench in the room.

Door didn't shut tight so sounds traveled through easily and you could see a gap at the bottom where I'm sure bugs get in. Tub was spotless but the wall had mold in the grout. Every metal surface, including picture frame on the wall had rust - room was very humid. (I'm from Fla, not complaining about normal humidity, it was bad in the room)

Power outlets didn't work, we had to try multiple ones to get our phones plugged in.

Not the worst place I've stayed for but $130 for one night.. definitely not a fair value.

I have stayed here on several occasions and have not had much to complain about. The rooms are always clean and in decent condition. There is a strict no smoking policy on property which is probably best for everyone's health and the cleanliness of the yard. Also there is no ice machine so save yourself the time wondering around looking for one because there is one near the vending machines but it have been out of order forever. The price of the rooms are higher than I would like to pay for the quality but the owner is a nice enough guy and has worked with me on late checkouts and being short a few bucks paying for another night.

I stayed there about two months ago, I never had any problems or bugs. The room was clean and very spacious. The price was good. I fully intend on staying there again. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was outdated like something from 1950. We had to share the room with roaches. It has an actual closet . The bathroom was big but had ugly 1950 tiles. The room itself is a good size with a fridge and microwave . The bed was a small twin bed . The room was clean but had some spider webs in the corner. I was charged 116.35 $ including tax for 1 night. We were stranded due to car trouble and had no choice but to stay .
