I've been out here for about 6 months. It's Quiet, but yet kid friendly. I love seeing the farm animals... Lots are spacious!

I absolutely love this place!! I travel for work and needed fast accommodations. They had a spot available for my 39’ 5 slide 5th wheel. My favorite thing about it is it’s next to a cattle ranch it’s country and not over crowded like other Rv parks. I definitely recommend

This place is exactly what it claims to be. It’s a gravel lot with some hook ups and laundry. So for that, I can’t really fault the actual owners or campground. This place is serviceable. I am pretty surprised at all the reviews saying this place is quiet. Because that’s one thing I disagree with and would’ve liked to know before I came here. There are constant trains running right across the street. Which you also get stuck waiting for on the road all the time when you’re trying to get into downtown Jacksonville. There’s a barn next door that I guess gets rented out for parties and plays music until like 10 PM on random days of the week. They also are doing construction on the property every day, which typically isn’t overly noisy, but shakes your camper a lot.

The wifi isn’t great. And if you have AT&T you have no cellular service. The campsite was also filled with cigarette butts, beer bottle caps, and other trash when we came. Granted, we came pretty last minute.

Also, the area feels safer than proper Jacksonville, but it still doesn’t feel *that* safe. That’s this whole area though.

Thanks for the help and support in getting everything we owed sold by someone who DIDN'T Have PERMISSION and is trying to make a profit off selling her own Sons belongings as well as a

aLL of MINE TOO

If nobody knows this park is on private property!!!

And just because my boyfriend was in jail the owner allowed a woman that was just abused to get kicked out of a camper by the mother with a no contact order the boyfriend's mother proceeded to sell the camper and everything the man owned including his brand new Chevy and camper.... So make sure you don't leave ANYTHING Unattended !!!! We lost everything and they Gave Away the rest for Penny's on the dollar✔️Fair WARNING
