This place is horrible. Management is very unprofessional. The maintenance worker is a hard worker and very helpful. He is very overworked with what seemed like no help. One guy doing a team job. This place is a total sand pit which and was in what seemed like a horrible area. I stayed there for about 3 weeks with my girlfriend and the lady the runs the place is a joke. My first two days there i saw her yelling and threatening tenants over a dog And then she got very unprofessional with my girlfriend. We won't be staying there again and won't recommend it to anyone.
We love staying here! It has a dog park for the dogs, it’s close to downtown for entertainment like jags games, and right in the middle of Jax so nothing is too far away. Since the new manager Rachel started it has just kept improving! The long term people are very welcoming and it’s easy to come and go whether for a short or long reservation. One of the more fair priced in Jacksonville overall as well so I highly recommend it! 😊
There are so many great things to say about this place!! Management is extremely friendly and personable. They make it clear that safety is their number 1 priority and that they are working more and more each day to upgrade the park. AND maintenance ensures the park is clean every day (Thank you!). Totally recommend!
First off the management is amazing Rachel Spence and Brittney are beyond amazing and will make sure your needs are taken care of! They have both helped me multiple times and are very kind and honest with you. They are definitely for their residents 🥰
All the homes are newly renovated and look really good considering the area it’s in. Although it’s not a horrible area to be. Its security is helpful and you’re close to downtown and Springfield. Lots of food options and it’s fairly a quiet place!
Being treated with respect and kindness was one of the biggest factors I look for and this team is going places!!!
Recently stayed for a week while coming through the area to visit friends. On first appearance approaching it’s not the most regal area. But the proximity to activities, surveillance and on-site manager eased our worries. Our GSD met a couple of friends in the dog park. They didn’t discriminate on the breed of our dog or age of our rig (2003) which were both pleasant surprises. The manager (Rachel I believe) was definitely a ray of Florida Sunshine filling me in on the best shops, parks and spots in Springfield/Riverside area. Water pressure and quality were definitely superior compared to most parks we frequent. WiFi and our Verizon cell service was strong so we could still work remotely. Super quiet park even with close by neighbors with kids. Will definitely return next time we’re in the area.
