Nice place, great people ,quiet and friendly. Daniella and Lance are awesome
I like living here because the people are caring and it's really quit here.
Nice quiet place despite the location. they do have very friendly people.
Water shut off at least 5 times a week. Keep your money order RECEIPT because the owners will need a monthly reminder. They text and ask for more money constantly even after you have already paid them. Lots of bugs everywhere. Grass never gets mowed . they're very FAKE. They will lie to you. I seen lots of reviews where they promise a refund then never give it. Stay away . I'm surprised the city hasn't shut them down.
Sunny Pines is the sister park to Sunny Oaks a few blocks down the street. Sunny Pines is for long term stays. This park is extremely quiet. We have been here a few months now and I am simply pleased with how quiet it is.
Most of the residents in this park are retired or work from home but even with the coming and going from a few families who do work, it is still a very quiet community.
The renters here are friendly; however, most keep to themselves but they are willing to assist you if needed.
The landscape is filled with trees and you can hear the birds and owls and see the squirrels.
There is also a laundry facility on-site. The room is kept fairly decent. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
The reason for the three stars is because the grounds could be kept up a lot better and there are far too many stray cats on-site. This brings the appearance of the park very unpleasant.
They can really turn this park into a serene but maintenance is not up to par and many of the renters have started mowing their own yards. Other than the grounds not being up to par, and multiplying cats, it is a quiet and affordable place to rent.
I would recommend it for those who are budgeting for the moment or for a quick stay. However, if you want to splurge a bit more and stay in the area, perhaps Flamingo RV Lake Park or Pecan Park would be much better.
***Update: At the moment Sunny Pines is no longer an RV park. I don't know if the new owners will rebuild or not.***
