Excellent people, good prices, nice park. Right near I95, easy access; you do not hear much highway noise. All RVs park on big clean 50 foot long concrete pads. Crowded with RVs right next to one another, but easy in-out for me with 33' RV and 14' (bed), (17' overall) trailer.

Bad experience staying at this RV park. The place is crammed with so many RV’s that your neighbors awning is hitting your slide out. Also, they say they have wifi and the wifi only works for a couple of hours in the morning time with a very weak signal. Furthermore, they acuse you of not picking up after your dogs even if you pick up after them. Nonetheless, they don’t really care about keeping the place clean. It’s literally a junkyard. Won’t be coming here ever again. Lastly, they charge a premium price for a junky park 😅.

Jean and Ken are great in the office. The neighbors have lived here long term and are very welcoming. There is everything you need or wanted here. Dog friendly too!

From my experience at the office I can tell you there is no way I'd stay at this park. They would not even let me look at the park or the lake! I stopped in and asked said I was in the area and might consider staying there in the future but they would not allow me to tour! What are they trying to hide? I suspect they know if you get a chance to look at the place before you actually book it that you want you'll find somewhere else. Well look at the other reviews that'll give you an idea! One of the things I wanted to see was how loud the traffic was being in the close proximity of I95. I also wanted to see how close the lake was to the actual campsites. I did ask about the lake location and they told me it was about a half a mile from where the RV sites were at, that seems really convenient. I would have liked to looked around for myself but I saw enough to know, look somewhere else! I'm sure they won't care because they're certainly not interested in any new business. They did tell me they had some full-time folks and that there was 70 people on the waiting list so I guess you can't argue with success. But they won't get any of my money. Not very friendly at all. And it did look a little run down too here's some pictures Good luck.
