It has some nice views of the lake and skyline. It is a no frills quiet stop.
This place is magical. Beautiful views and trails and a sweet creek above the lake, if you want to do some rugged walking. The toilets are clean and the trails are absolutely gorgeous. Ide remind campers to pack out what you pack in. We dont mind picking up litter but were surprised at the lack of consciousness of campers and locals who think its ok to just drop their garbage.
Awesome views and hiking. Has one restroom(outhouse) that's clean. Great stargazing with mild light pollution from Santa Fe.
