We arrived really late, the owner was super accommodating and nice. It is in the middle of nowhere. May look kinda scary at night, but it was a nice experience. The view is lovely, the bathrooms are clean.

Great little country RV place. Friendly owner, great price, and only 6 miles from the crane wilderness refuge (check for seasonal months) which is a must-see. Takeout from Buckhorn Tavern was yummy too! We'd definitely stay here again!

What a great place for either a short overnight or longer term stay. Jose and Rena are gracious hosts. Full hookups. Level spots. Nice art inside the shop. Really enjoyed bird watching with the owners in the evening. 10 spots, reccomend calling ahead to reserve.

Stayed here to be close to bosque and the Sandhills. Location was great. We had no problem calling the business to get the pricing and they were professional and polite. The property had nice views of the mountain with Sandhill cranes cruising around and a road runner. The owners were very friendly and invited us to see their store and have a drink. If they don’t want to advertise the prices on the internet and you don’t want to call them, then move on. This is a basic place. Sites are fairly close, no real showers but there is a clean toilet and a very small shower inside their office if you are desperate but, I would confirm that availability ahead of time. It is expected you will be self contained and just need power and water. We were there in Nov and needed to disconnect water at night due to freezing conditions. This is not the only place we had to do this and it was no problem. We did not want cable so I cannot speak to that. Not sure about WiFi either. We usually use our Verizon cell for internet and there was no issue with that. Small, No frills place but perfect for us and we booked another stay here in 2024.
