Beautiful clean camp ground, highest campground in the Pecos canyon area.
Super clean and well maintained. Saw deer every day in the campgrounds. Lots of trails to hike, great scenery, and clear skies for star gazing. Both camp hosts were nice and helpfull.
This camp spot is great! Definitely arrive early because it’s first come first serve.
The fees are per car, not per site or per person. And the camp host was super friendly.
There was even a hiking trail near the camp grounds that was pretty fun and easy to get to. We stayed at the camp spot right beside the start of that trail.
The dogs loved it!
