From I-59, exit 99, go N on Hwy 11 for 1 ½ mi to park on L.
Worst place I have ever lived. You have to fight with management and owner to get any repairs done and they still might not get fixed.
I love living here the people are kind and helpful and will never turn you away if you need anything and close to the river close to store very nice place
New name is Bayou Talla. Major ruts / road washouts in driveway make it difficult to navigate. Very few if any level spots. No RV pads - just grass or dirt. Very kind and friendly people so I hate to give it a low rank.
I have lived there for 1 year there are some very nice people and there's some very bad people but I believe that is every where you live the management is very helpful Robert will do anything in his power to help you.....
I live here and ppl here are nice ppl and lookout for one another. Owners found out my microwave broke. I received a brand new one. I unexpectedly had to b gone for one week management made sure my belongings did not get stolen. Locked my place for me until I returned I paid my rent and life is good as to b expected. Yes it is an Rv park we gave a bayou with a dick to fish from restaurants nearby ,bank,post office,and several other businesses.
