I absolutely loved my stay at this campground. Neebish Island is a remote natural up north paradise with towering conifer trees and fields of wild flowers. This campground is located on the property of a great local family who will bend over backwards to make your stay special. The camp has a casual relaxing atmosphere set on the bank of the St. Mary's river. Watch freighters go by as you take a dip in their refreshing pool or get sone ice cream from their quaint camp store. I tent camped and rented an outboard fishing boat to enjoy world class fishing. They even have cleaning stations for your catch.
Nice place. Really nice staff. The lady there didn't mind me showing up with a half dozen little kids late to get ice cream. She was very nice and patient and helped everyone. Just awesome.
It was our first time to the island, had an amazing time! We cannot wait to come back.
