This place has a wonderful waterfall, don't worry it may be cold at first but you'll get used to it! My family and I go up north once every year but this is definitely a main trip, though it can get very busy. The trails are a beautiful sight to see too! This would definitely be one of my top recommendations.
If you can stand all the pot smell, the quaint atmosphere and economical camping is great. Cute little town.
We have camped here for 35 years and seen many changes. Always clean and priced right. Back when Bob was the caretaker then Tommy the grounds were better maintained and they were more visible and always checked in with campers.
There is a horseshoe ring, playground, and volleyball court. It's right on the river. The campground was nice as well, lots spaced out enough so you're not on top of each other. They have showers on site too, not the cleanest though. I would stay here again.
