What I like the best is the location. Spaces are kinda small but probably par for the course in beach access RV parks.

Great location, right on the dunes and in front of Morro Rock. Short walk to shops and dining. On the bike/walking path. Spots are tight (like most coastal RV parks). Bathrooms are older but clean with lots of stalls and showers. Morro is known for fishing, sea otters, and a very accessible Coastal Waterway boardwalk along the water.

Very close to the beach, clean, great space between lots. Just be aware that they lock the gates at 8pm! I got locked out after taking Sunset photos on the beach. Wildlife is abundant, and views are spectacular! Easy walk to restaurants and stores where a lot more sights can be seen. Will definitely return!

Best campsite of our 4 nights along the PCH 🤩 Don't let 'RV' put you off if you're in a camper.

Super friendly welcome. The park looked packed when we got there but staff allocated us a great spot beside the showers and laundry room, which also then meant we weren't right next to any RVs. The park was quiet, safe, easily accessible, had a fantastic view, shop with necessities, showers, laundry, hook-up, and within walking distance of the town via the wee foot bridge....

Very reasonable price for what you're getting. Would have loved to have stayed longer. Definitely no issues in recommending this RV park for a camper.
