Friendly staff, good location, but the campground needs some upgrades. The entire campground is asphalt, but needs to be resurfaced. Sites are very small and uneven. Some old trees could have been dangerous during heavy winds that we experienced during our stay, but landscaping was called in quickly and took care of them before they got out of hand.

Im really surprised this hasn’t a better rate. We had an amazing stay there. The pool and spa was really nice, the showers and restrooms are super super clean. And the staff were really nice!! 15 min drive from the boardwalk / beach of Santa Cruz.

Moved into the SC ranch RV park after going through a series of struggles. We were blessed to get a rental spot. I honestly wish we never moved but we had an opportunity for work elsewhere.

Anyways, I was healing up from many operations and procedures and often very ill. Many of the residents and staff helped myself and my daughter. Giving my daughter rides to the store to shop and rides to the DR.

Help with doing the laundry. It was all lovely and such a blessing. The people that took over later changed a lot but I loved my time there.

Sjarifah works very hard to make the place as pleasant as as possible but the upper management began getting really odd. We had so much fun here back then. The rates are triple what they were prior to my first moving in.

Its overall a lovely place. Now with much higher rates, way to strict corporate policies and unnatural mail options. Things are just all down to the corporate greed.?? I dunno I just hope SC RANCH doesnt lose its charm.

I spoke to some of the residents who are still my friends and was informed about the changes.

Rates are much higher. Over 1500 a month now.

10 dollar charge per package delivered to office.

They pulled the mail boxes so they could charge you.

They might make you move for no reason other than wanting to put you in an empty spot because CORP doesnt want the spots empty. Not even a week. So at any given time you can be booted to a new place. Guess thats not so bad.

Please dont be upset with Sjarifah because she cant control any of these things and if it were up to her she would not make these changes.

Lets be real here - 1500 a month to stay in a trailer is not a good deal. I miss SC RANCH and will always appreciate my time there.

We stayed in our 5th wheel here for 2 weeks. The staff was absolutely top notch and so friendly. You can tell they put care into the place and kept it running smoothly. The pool and hot tub were always clean and perfect. Their bathrooms are recently renovated (or so it seems) and are phenomenal! The laundry room is huge and easy to use. And the location is quiet and perfect. 100% we will be visiting again!

Yesterday my wife’s grandma was taken off life support unfortunately i was not able to go to her side as my wife has extended covid and quarantined to our RV here at the best RV park . The manger took pity on our situation and she and her amazing staff kept us in the same space and let us tracer funds to take advantage of a great rate and it’s saved our behinds. The kindness didn’t stop yesterday I was told they were taking her off life support and that was late afternoon and I fell asleep. Fortunately the nice lady at the office called me and without that call to tell me they have made our stay even better by not having to move our RV they worked magic with my wife being disabled and covid thank God.

The best news when she called I saw the hospital called 3 times as my wife’s nana after life support removed woke up and we got to talk to her. It’s close to a miracle as it might be the last time we might talk to her because they said this happens who knows . We are so grateful to the Staff and especially Manager and her assistant run a family style great place to RV.

Thank you all
