Beautiful and scenic beach πŸ–οΈ. There is a park entrance fee to park your car inside the park and near by the cliff. You can park for free outside the park bybthe curb. Great spot for clicking pictures and shooting videos!!

I like that it is quiet , not a lot of people, but still has a public bathroom. Beautiful and warm. 71 degrees when we went in September. Clean beach, brought deli lunch and ice chest. Stayed for 5 hours

The gentle sound of the waves provides a soothing backdrop, making it an ideal place for relaxation. However, during peak seasons, it can get crowded, which may detract from the tranquility. Overall, it's a beautiful destination, but timing your visit to avoid the crowds can enhance the experience.

I'm just glad to say that as a kid, I was able to have an opportunity to walk on SS Palo Alto. Great memories. One of the few memories in which we had a family trip with my Uncle, RiP. And FU covid....

*There's a great history bldg that has more info on SS Palo Alto and a gift shop with Friendly Staff

**I asked if there were plans to rebuild the pier, and I was told probably not. Piers preserve and help the marine life! And great viewpoints and fishing spotsπŸ˜…

More piers should be constructed on the Cali Coast, IMO

This was my first time here. It was a nice day for a walk πŸšΆβ€β™‚οΈ on the beach. We visited the visitor center, which was set up nicely.
