Not very impressive. Unkempt. Wanted to primitive camp which was listed as possibility but no directions on where to set do this once you got there. There was no caretaker there and no number to call and ask questions. It was peaceful though! We stayed one night. The bathroom facilities are quite run down but there was hot water for showers.

Called for an overnight stay. Was told sites were first come first served. Assured sites would be level, not true, n many to choose from. Most have concrete slabs going uphill or downhill. Arrived at 3:30 to find no site we tried was level for our 36 ft MH. Setup on #5, the best we could, only to find the electric was not working. Guy in charge tried to fix power n finally said not enough power working, so settled on 30amp while there. Worst state park so far.

Rv hookup or tent camping ($22), cabins available, hot showers and plenty of shade. Extremely friendly hosts. Well worth your time. Picture is just for bike, Not whole site.
