Pictures are deceiving. It was in a good location close to Natchez. but the park was not well maintained. Bathrooms were very small and dirty. There were a lot of old rundown mobile homes in the area. The interior roads had lots of potholes. We were on a concrete pad but because of a recent rain it was covered in mud, tree branches laying everywhere the campsite was not well maintained. The young woman in the office was very nice though.
Hopefully the new owners will stand on their commitment to fix it up, but as of now the bath house is scary - two tiny single bathrooms, one out of order and the other doesn't lock, two single shower rooms, all filthy and in need of repairs. Some of the concrete pads are badly heaved, permanent resident sites in back are rundown. On the positive side, the water is very good, owners friendly and likable, good price for an overnight stay, and could be very pretty if fixed up - lots of established landscaping and great frogs in the back!

Only gave 1 star because we did stay and used their electricity. Water had zero pressure so unhooked and used our tank. Septic drain had not lid and was full off trash and leaves, did not use. Branches and telephone wires were low and we are thankful we didn't snag. It was tricky leaving because we couldnt go out by the mobile home area, roads where horrible. Grounds not taken care of, several very old and run down campers and mobile home park very run down. Not a comfortable place to stay, did not sleep well thinking we might get broke into. Poor location. Do not recommend. Had we not just been driving through i would have left and booked somewhere else. Unable to contact anyone and unable to leave a voicemail. Zero customer service. They could care less about the place or their customers. Website is very deceiving....
