The fish were not biting. Really cant bank fish. So many stumps and snags. Need a boat to fish it and be careful of ALL the stumps.
Many stumps. FIX your boat when you get home. BEAUTIFUL lake though. Bass are Florida strain.mean buggers. Fished lake when 1st opened. Had to use hedge trimmers to get boat back in there but what fun.the state record bass will probably be caught here if you can get it out of the wood.
Lots. LOTS of stumps. Trolling motor only or risk boat damage. Like most lakes sometimes they bite, sometimes they don't. Have caught one over 5 pounds in 4 of 5 trips. One almost 7#s. Some nice fish but always few in numbers.
