Very nice like. I think that there is hardly any fish in this lake. I seen no fish playing around, nor any tiny fish around the edges. Mostly every lake I've been to here in Mississippi hardly have any fish. I do nothing but catch root twigs and loose all my expensive bait!
I would rate this a zero if I could. It’s a first come first serve. We were driving hours away to come stay for a friends birthday. The guy told us to call Thursday to make sure there was still an availability. He never answered the phone. Both my husband and I called with messages left. We even called the Friday morning on the way out there. We arrived and no one on location. It was a honor system and cash only. We went to find a spot. With a 5th wheel (we were told there was plenty of room). These spots are small and you can’t tell what’s what really, nor the road. We have stayed at many places from Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Missouri and Florida. This was the worst camp site we have ever visited. We ended up going to Atwood’s, it’s bigger, cash only still. An honor system after hours and she does answer the phone.
For fun relaxing, camping, grilling out or the exciting fishing trip, I recommend Lake Mary Crawford. Newly designed land piers for fishing makes the access much easier. Beautiful lake and the fish are bitting.
It's beautiful out there!!! Very clean and friendly environment!!! Kids have blast fishing and just playing by the water...Great place for a fishing birthday party for kids!!
