The campground wasn't large but it was perfect. They have full hook ups and it's right on Lake Huron which was a beauty to look at. We enjoyed skipping stones in the lake. The campground wasn't too noisy other than children and families having fun. There weren't any obnoxiously loud people. The site came with a fire ring and a picnic table. There is wifi at the office which we appreciated so we could research the area before going out to explore. I felt my children were safe when they went off on bike rides or to the beach because everyone obeyed the speed limit.

1st time there this past Saturday for a Halloween type fest...it was ok...the girls wanted to play on the playground but it was all torn apart as if they might be remodeling? Putting in something different?? No clue....no signs were up or anything.

It's nice with the lake being right there

Here’s yet another hidden gem in the thumb. Breathtaking beach. Neat rocks to look at if your into that kind of thing. Sparkling sand, too and Lake Huron is clear, blue, and as majestic as ever. It’s quiet here, even with campers. I have seen the new one-room beach cottages they built but I haven’t stayed over night in one yet. I want to though! They look so cute and cozy!
