About Campground

We are a family oriented campground featuring 70 large RV sites, and 4 cabins. Most sites offer a good combination of sun and shade. We offer full hookup sites, as well as water and electric sites. We have a heated pool, a wonderful playground, nature trails, and lots of space to play. Two of our cabins are basic 5 person sleeping cabins with air conditioning and a refrigerator. The other two cabins feature sleeping for six people, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. We are conveniently located within the city limits of Harrison, and we are not near any railroad tracks!

Directions

From downtown Harrison, go west on M-61 about 3/4 of a mile, then north on Byfield Drive 500 feet. We are on the west side of the road.

amazing place to camp. from being greeted by Leah in the office to Jon waiting at your site to make sure your camper is all leveled up so you can fully enjoy your stay... the campground is very clean and well taken care of. we have stayed multiple times and the grandkids love it there... Halloween weekend was amazing with so many activities to do and fun to be had 10/10 highly recommended and will definitely be back every year

This was our 2nd time staying at Countryside. Last year we stayed in our tent and the site was spacious and well shaded. This year we decided to go for one of their full service cabins, with 4 kiddos and a dog in tow its much easier. The cabin was perfect, plenty of space for everyone and all of our things. The option of air conditioning or heat was so nice. The pool and playground are great. Great campground for families!

Great little park. Stayed at site 8. Great location for kids. The pool, restrooms and playground are real close. Will definitely be back again soon.

We had the best time. We loved the grounds here. so much for the kids to do. The grass was green on the spots and not dusty of muddy. You can tell the owners take pride in the campground. We drove 2 1/2 hours to come here and we will be back again!

This was our first time taking out our new to us travel trailer. The owner John was so helpful the entire time. If we needed anything he was there, escorted us to our site and helped to ensure it was level before leaving us to set up camp and stopped by the dump station at the end. We were Halloween Camping which was wonderful, lots of great activities for all ages. We loved the pumpkin painting and the hay rides! Don't miss out on the nature trail, it starts at the far end of the campground but was a beautiful walk with the family and the dog. I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was super clean and we had great fun!
