A nice view of the old mill pond, relaxing, quiet and has the services desired, bathroom smells, but otherwise a good place to camp.
It's small. 30 sites? It does have sites with full hookups. Most are shaded. Clean restrooms. 25 cents for each two minutes to use the shower. I haven't heard that much bird song in years. There is an osprey nest with 2 adults and chick's. Plenty of geese and Sandhill Cranes roost in the pond every evening. 5 minutes from downtown Bellaire.
If your not familiar with Bellaire, there are several nice restaurants and brewery.
Glacial Hills is 2.5 miles away. Hiking and mountain biking. 30 miles of single track.
