I have lived at White Birch almost 3 years and like it very much. We moved here to be closer to Drs. hospitals and shopping. Only 5 minutes from all. Plus we have the VA Hospital only a few blocks away for my husband. We are in an excellent lot as we have no one behind us and the pond in front of us. We are only 3 homes from the highway. We can sit outside and watch traffic and wildlife on the pond. Don't care for geese as they do their jobs in our yard and driveway. They also eat my flowers. Young ones are cute. Most people keep their yards n homes nice but I wish more were told to clean up!. Jo'sh n Jason are very nice and sure keep you plowed out very early in the morning. They also come and unthaw any of your frozen water pipes right away. The only thing lacking here would be a clubhouse and swimming pool where people could meet and have recreation things happening especially when you are retired. I would definitely recommend this place and especially if you are downsizing and want to be closer to things.
Everyone that I have met so far has been kind and helpful. This is a cozy little spot, it is clean and well kept. The manager is a knowledgeable person and he is always willing to lend a hand. I am so glad I made the choice to move into White Birch Village.
Ice cream was very good. However the staff chose to roll there eye's and whispered rather rudely with each other about my daughter's, children. The three teenagers we're on vacation and certainly wouldn't return on their next visit. I spent over 40.00 on this visit. The younger kids were just happy about getting ice cream.
I rented from this company for one year getting my business up and running things we're going great and then December 15th they sent me a letter saying that I had to be out by January 1st 2022. I did nothing wrong and always paid my read months in advance They didn't like the idea that I needed a fork lift to unload palates for my business. Do not rent from them they will kick you out in the middle of Winter and there's nothing you can do about it
It overall is a nice place to live. However, there are several trailers that do not upkeep their homes and they are dumps. It was embarrassing when our priest came to visit us and saw our neighbor's car port full of trash and said, "oh, my". The management as well as the owners are very aware however they do nothing to make these folks clean their places up.
