What a fantastic little campground. While it is not on the water it is not far to the Lake and many rivers. I stayed here for a week in June 2017. Perhaps due to the weather and incessant rain in the area, there were not many others camping. I was in the area for work, so my play time was limited anyway. Overall, I highly recommend this campground for anyone staying in the area. The owners are very nice and accommodating. The sites are a nice size and the grounds are well kept. A little sparse in tree coverage and wifi can be wonky at times. They have several electric/water sites and only a few full hook up sites. Reservations are encouraged!

Nice, peaceful, and clean campsites. Utilities are all available. Newly refurbished restrooms, nice and clean. Happy to get to know the twin boys who introduced us to our site and set up a BIG campfire for us. Had lots of fun for a night's stay. Will be back.

This is our second year here in late September/early October. Have family to visit not too far away. Both times the campgrounds has been almost deserted. Have enjoyed being able to let both of our beagles out to the 25’ mark on their leads and not disturb anyone. Fall leaves contribute to beautiful drives especially along the shore.
