Mesquite Ranch Campground is the perfect getaway from the crowded RV parks. This winter camping paradise is located approximately 55 miles south of Tucson. There is lots to do in this off-grid community including visiting nearby Buenos Aires National Refuge or fishing at Arivaca Lake. Rolling panoramic mountain views of the valley and some of Arizona's best birding and wildlife make Arivaca a unique destination. Some of our amenities include large BBQ areas, catch & release fishing pond. biking, hiking, boating, horse facilities, horseback rides and UTV rides.
I moved here for what was supposed to be a few months, while building on my property. 7 months later, I am finding it hard to leave! Whether you are looking for a weekend get away or a long term stay, please give them a look. The hosts are amazing, always there to lend a hand and create a great experience. The cantina is awesome to sit and read a book, or watch the Herons fish. You can cook up a meal, potluck with other RVers, or have a pizza party in their new pizza oven. The ranch has plenty of room for kids to explore or take your dog for a walk. The sunsets are spectacular. I can't recommend this place enough. I would stay forever if I didn't have a house to move into!!
This place is a GEM! We sadly had to come back to reality after spending another fantastic Easter with Dan & Sharon, family and friends. I highly recommend........ the whole family will have a great time! Thank you for the memories Dan & Sharon! See ya soon 😊
Wow! Mesquite Ranch Campgrounds is definitely a "hidden" treasure in the small town of Arivaca, Az.! We went for our wedding anniversary ❤️ We had never been before but had only heard great things about this Campground. Everything we heard was "spot on!" The Campground hosts were truly a "Fabulous" Couple-"Dan & Sharon" ... they treated us like family, so accommodating, warm and friendly... We just love these 2! Grass, a variety of trees, a fishing pond, ducks, geese, a Cantina, showers, laundry room and an overall amazing campground we went just prior to the Halloween season and the place was so incredibly decorated...ghosts, witches, ghouls and skeletons were everywhere👻💀🧌🧡🧙♀️We can't wait to go back to see our two new "friends/family!" Thank you for such an amazing experience 💞
Love to go here! Danny and Sharon are wonderful people and treat us just like family. There beautiful camp grounds are always clean and nice. Love the lake and cantina!! We have met some great friends there. Hope to see you there soon!
