Me and Nina agreed on a price to paint and do some garage door trim I'm not the best at stucco and I was going to come in Thursday 3rd of March and she canceled on me hire somebody else and she gave me half down to start and now I see that I'm probably not going to get the rest of my payment I am a handyman and I'll go out of my way to get the job done right and when I got the job done I thought it was done she said she won't have the money for several weeks

This park is the pits! My wife and I lived here for 4 1/2 years with no complaints at all. We always paid our rent and electric on time. I am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. and my wife is disabled also. One day on September 25th Nina walked into the office as I was picking up my mail and said " I want you out of here in 30 days." I asked why? " she said because you can't get along with anybody and I have complaints on the dog. I ask who was complaining. She said," never mind if you are not out in 30 days I will sue you for $800 for the costs and evict you.” We wrote a certified letter asking for 90 days. We got our green card in by US mail. She returned our letter in here office mail box opened, with a large writing in red.” SAYING 90 DAYS”.

WE WERE FORCED TO MOVE INTO A HOTEL AND HIRE MOVERS FOR $735. We got out on October 25 on my 72nd birthday. We turned this over to Adult protective Services. We got no help! NINA HAS NO COMPASSION. PLEASE BOYCOTT K&N RV CAMPGROUND? ps. WE HAVE PROOF.

Been at K&N for quite some time. Reasonably priced, well kept and cared for, and very nice sunsets. Coyotes croon at night from the hinterlands. Hawks and owls do overwatch, various bird types flit about, and hummingbirds engage in battle over favorite blossoms. Located near the intersection of AZ90 and AZ82, about 19 miles west of Tombstone.

Owners appear to be husband and wife team. Husband seems to walk the park daily and is friendly but won't impose unless you have questions. Wife is not pleasant in general. Seems grumpy and annoyed all the time. Most people who give this place bad reviews note the wife's attitude as their reason why.

If you don't get hung up on the wife's negative demeanor, this is actually a lovely place to stay. No concrete pads, but the gravel is fresh and level. The park is simple but has most everything you need. There are trash cans throughout and a couple of picnic areas. Where I parked there was a beautiful view of the mountain vistas.

There is no RV age limit at this park. If your RV, camper, trailer or 5th wheel is 3 years old or 30, you are welcome here. They get bonus points for allowing converted cargo vans as well. Always call to check if the policy has changed, but as of this writing (11/29/2017), they are flexible on this. Their primary concern is that you keep your area and the park clean.

The office is not in the front, it is in the back and is gated to vehicles. You have to walk back. The office is styled like an old Shell Station and is really fun to look through. There are bathrooms, showers, and a kitchen set up in the community room. There are also nice larger screen computers (3 if I recall) for guests to use in the office/community room. I understand there is a workout room but I did not access it. Pets are allowed as well.

Coyotes howl in the distance at night, providing a lovely (and kind of spooky) audible backdrop to this charming little RV park in the desert. Tombstone, Huachuca City, Fort Huachuca, Bisbee, and Sierra Vista are close by. The park website provides some great local info for those unfamiliar with the area. There is a ton of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, etc just 10 miles way in Sierra Vista.
